Application: Spray or roll-apply.
Notes: Our Premium colors are not available for online purchase. Contact your sales rep today to order.
Premium colors are pre-formulated, which means we can quickly produce them for you, but we often have to wait on pigment delivery from suppliers which can take up to 4 weeks. Allow for additional lead time and upcharges when ordering this material.
Note: Our Premium Color Silicone roof coatings are designed to meet most color variation requirements, but if they do not meet your needs, we can also color match and provide completely custom color silicone for your project.
Mix: It is recommended that any silicone product be mixed with a drill mixer for ~5 minutes prior to application.
Application: The application rate and method for our Premium Color Silicone Roof Coating depends on the substrate you are restoring. Our Silicone Coverage Guide is a great tool to determine how much material you’ll need for the job and at what rate you need to apply it.
Equipment: Our Premium Color Silicone should be applied via spray equipment (We recommend the Graco 933) or roll-applied using a medium nap roller.
Cure Time: Our Premium Color Silicone cures in 1-4 hours under normal weather conditions and is tack-free in 1-2 hours. Because conditions vary, it is recommended that you exercise caution prior to walking on recently applied coating.
Weather Restrictions: To ensure optimum performance, it is recommended that you do not apply this product when surface temperatures are below 40 degrees. In cold-weather applications, material should be kept indoors until immediately before application. It is also recommended that you do not apply this material while rain is falling. Rain will not cause silicone to wash off, but the substrate will become wet and will negatively impact adhesion.
