Restore, waterproof, and lengthen the life of your roof with our 100% Silicone Roof Coatings. Our roof coatings possess over 95% solids content, meaning what you put on the roof stays there after it cures.

Designed to be applied with a roller rather than sprayed, our Roller-Grade Silicone Roof Coating can be installed in excess of 70 wet mils in a single coat while still delivering all the benefits of our High Solids Silicone Roof Coating.

Available in: White, Tan, Light Gray, Dark Gray, and Black, in 1 and 5-gallon pails.

Application: Roll-apply only.

HS 3200-HB Roller-Grade Series Solvent-Free Silicone Roof Coating is a one-component, moisture curing silicone rubber roof coating system designed for use on existing smooth surface BUR, granulated cap sheet, well-adhered acrylic coating, concrete, metal, spray foam, and various single-ply membranes.
The system provides long-term protection because it resists weathering, aging, oxidation, wind-driven sand, rain and snow, the effects of ozone, ultraviolet radiation and the temperature extremes typically found on roofs. With its high solids content and absence of hydrocarbon solvents, HS 3200-HB Series can be applied in excess of 70 mils in a single coat without blistering, while maintaining maximum adhesion.

Surfaces to be coated with HS 3200-HB Series Coating must be properly prepared. All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of loose particles. The coating should be applied by medium nap roller. For small touch-up work, a brush may be used.

Prior to applying, it is crucial that your prep work is done properly. We have an entire line of accessories from caulk to flashing grade silicone to fabrics and tapes, to make sure you get the job done right from start to finish.

Our Silicone Coverage Guide is a great tool to determine how much material you'll need for the job and at what rate you need to apply it.
